Miracle Noodle

Theres this item called the miracle noodle this has zero calories zero carbs and is gluten free. I use it like spaghetti and it works.
Keep it mind that it does not have any flavor BUT with the right ingredients it absorbs the Flavors and tastes pretty good. Give it a try

Get sugarless frozen berries (or freeze your own) 1 cup (70 calories) 4 oz of pomegranate juice (60 calories) blend together till smooth enjoy

Under 200 calorie lunch

Bok Choy, Napa & Shrimp with soy sauce (low sodium) steamed/grilled

This'll keep you full for a while

Day 2

It's not easy to future out what to have for lunch, especially since I just made pizza & cookies for my son!! :(

On the weekends I still count calories and I'm still honest on how I eat, no such thing as cheating days!!

I'm going have veggies & blueberries! I'll pretend it's a greasy slice of pizza Lololol

I want the days of wearing baggie clothes, being tired all the time and feeling like poo to just end.

It all starts from within, it takes a personal jolt/choice to want to make a difference in your life. No one can do it for you, no one can hold your hand, no one can do it for you. The journey isn't easy but in the end it's worth the effort!
